Looking to make a new logo and need someone with a good visionary eye and someone who can draw cartoon-looking fish well.

I scratched out two elements of drawing because the client decided on a different idea.
Please have a look at the image attached.

Please make the fish and jackpot ticket as close to client idea as possible.
