Please Design the logo with a flyer

This corporation is organized for such purposes enumerated therein and as provided under the Associations Laws of the Republic of Liberia as follows:

1. To conduct trade by purchasing and offering for sale, goods, services and any merchandise of whatever nature through importation of said goods, services and merchandise for consumption on the Liberian market.

2. To engage in real estate devolvement and maintenance by purchasing, leasing and developing real estate for commercial purposes.

3. To engage in financial and asset management.

4. To engage in consultancy services to individuals, business (es), associations, partnership, trust and other entities;

5. To engage in providing interior decoration and logistical services of all kinds for private entities and individuals, government ministries and agencies.

6. To engage in entertainment, resort, catering, hotel management recreation, and restaurant and bar services within the Republic of Liberia elsewhere in the world as long as such activity as pertaining to the general nature of the corporation;

7. To engage in the importation, sales and rental of used cars, spare parts, clothes, shoes, cosmetics and other commodities of all kinds and nature within and without the Republic of Liberia;

8. To carry on the business of consultancy, trading, marketing, export, import, purchases, sell & distribute, farm products, spices, pulses, wines, distilleries, breweries; ice, cold water, jewelry, handicrafts, frozen food chemical food and beverages, meat products, coffee etc.; furniture, electrical appliances, , software packages, stationery items, paper and plastic products, chemical colors, paints, varnishes, glassware, no money circulating scheme shall be carried out by the Corporation;

9. To engage in the processing of liquid soap, fruits, juices, including but not limited to pineapple, mango, banana, avocado, ground nut oils and its related commodities for local consumption as well as for exportation of such products.

10. To amalgamate with, or enter into partnership or any joint venture or profit sharing arrangement or cooperation with any Corporation, firm or person engaged or interested in carrying on or conducting any business enterprise from which Corporation would or might derive any benefit whether direct or indirect;
