Contest Brief

I need to get ideas and design a Logo for a Real Estate Company Project. The Logo should be have the name: "Inmobiliaria Patagonia", and also one element such as A Tree or a Swan (if the swan has colors, must be the white swan with black neck).
The colors should have some of the following colors or have a mixture of the following: Purple, Green, Red, White.
Please something innovative and with impact.
More effort will have tips.

If anyone could improve but doing something similar to the logo I am uploading would be great.
