Contest Brief

Hello - we need a logo designed for our lake resort - Coadys' Point of View Lake Resort - www.povresort.com.

We're looking to possibly use font (Brush Script MT Italic) although it's not required. We've been using the attached pine tree a bit graphically and liked it - we have 200+ year old pine trees on our shoreline that are iconic. Again although it is not required.

We use "POV" for short. The full name isn't required, although we'd like to have a version with it if we use POV for short somehow. One logo idea we were tinkering with is to have "O" be a camera lens - an iconic vacation habit.

The name is based on both the physical point of the property onto the lake as well as a perspective for vacations. See enclosed for an overhead map.

We also have been incorporating "Northwoods, Wisconsin" sometimes. Also been incorporating "Cabins . Campsites . Boats . General Store" sometimes. We also have glamping with luxury tents and yurts available.

Our resort motto is "Where Roughing it Doesn't Have to Be that Rough" if that helps. Our big things for our business are fishing, ice fishing, and snowmobiling, but we want to be known for all Northwoods sports.

    Organizer, the shared guide supports the benefits of keeping the contest open, alerting about copied designs or that will bring registration problems, since it will not follow these recommendations I prefer to cancel my participation, in this page there are too many organizers who choose copied logos, lacking originality, creativity, professionalism, this is the reason why before participating in a contest I analyze the behavior of the organizer and avoid wasting my time.
