Contest Brief

I'm looking for a graphic to be designed for my project.

- The graphic will be used to resemble a habit & behavior change / life cycle. I need the graphic to represent 6 stages of the cycle and be professional.

- I have uploaded images of example designs to this post. Please see image filename 1 as my primary preference. No more and No less than 6 or 7 sides.

- Use arrow-like shapes to display a cycle. Dont use numbers to display position. Use example text.

- At this time I only need shape, color and example text for the contest. On completion and receipt of a contest, it is mandatory that I receive PSD where I can personally change colors, edit text and add icons myself.
