Contest Brief

I am looking for an artist to create the card layout for a board game and maybe help to harmonize the icons.

I need:
1) New design for 3 sample cards in TASK-CARDS.JPG which can potentially be applied for the list of all cards (attached so you can see the variety of used icons deck-actions.jpg, deck-combat.jpg and deck-quests.jpg).

THERE ARE 4 LOGICAL PARTS OF EACH CARD WHICH SHOULD REMAIN ON YOUR LAYOUT ENTRY: Game phase, Requirement, Card Effect and Alternative usage.

2) Output: High resolution .PSD file with layers I can modify later. All icons/texts etc should be on different layers for change purposes.
3) Card size should be exactly 57 x 89 mm with a slight inner frame for cutting during the manufacturing.

I am open to different styles and would like the artist to come up with ideas for the artwork. I will attach the photos and screenshots of current prototype for you to have a glimpse understanding of other components.

BURST YOUR OWN CREATIVITY, i need a layout I cant make myself.

Theme of the board game is: "The magical meteor crash in the desert of Tassacra different factions of magical beings are trying to dominate the scattered gem debris infused with incredible magical powers." So keywords for the art can be "sand, crystal shards, desert"

IF YOU CAN HARMONIZE A PART OF EXISTING ICONS AS AN EXAMPLE (deck-combat.jpg and deck-quests.jpg) THE WAY I WILL LIKE IT, NEGOTIATE WITH ME ABOUT THE COMPLETE ICON RE-WORK FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE VIA SEPARATE FREELANCE PROJECT.
