Contest Brief

Denver Global Hall, an international food hall under development in Denver, Colorado, will feature authentic cuisine from 6-8 food and beverage vendors, prepared by immigrants from Venezuela, Poland, Israel, Mexico, China, and Thailand, along with a full bar serving beer and liquor from ~100 countries.

We want our logo to reflect a little bit of Colorado pride, while also emphasizing the global nature of the food hall. So feel free to draw on anything that evokes images of the state: some nice snow-capped mountains, the Denver skyline, the Colorado flag, or anything else that makes you think of both beautiful Colorado and a fun place to enjoy an amazing international meal.

The contest winner will be first in line to help us design our final logo and promotional materials. This contest is just for a preliminary logo that we’ll use for a business plan and a few other materials, so feel free to have some fun with it. And we'll very happily provide positive feedback for runner-up designs.

I probably should have made this clearer in the original posting, but now that I'm seeing some logos, my favorites so far combine at least two of the following three elements: 1) something Colorado-related (mountains or the Colorado flag), 2) something food-related, 3) something global (like an actual globe, or something like that). The logo should make Coloradans hungry. :) Thank you for participating everybody!
