Improve image background and provide image with white background

Contest Brief

I need my image fixed in two ways:

1) First image, remove the upper background with a new background of blue sky with some trees (similar to original but without building). Mostly sky.
2) provide a second image with just white background. Shadow is optional.

I may select a winner early if an exceptional entry is submitted.
