  Just to be clear to everyone:
  I am a lecturer in neuroscience and the illustrations are to be used in powerpoint slides which have a black background.
  They need to be original pieces of artwork but based on the illustration examples I have sent.
  Please make them very visual and colourful as they need to stand out well.
  Ideally I would like a blend of science and cartoon in bright colours - and with some humour where appropriate.

  It is difficult to do this without infringing copyright. If you look at google images you will see some brains, neurons and synapses. I can try and add images but am not sure where to post them.
