Contest Brief

I have a list of "guiding principles" and corresponding quotes that I'd like turned into an image I can print and hang in my house. I have listed all the principles below (in all caps to tell the difference) and the quotes that go along with them below that. I do not need images with any of these words, I just want the words done in a clean, simple, design. No cartoons, I'd prefer more modern styles. I've also attached an example of something I like that could inspire this work.

FRUGALITY
