I need my drawing turned into a retro graphic

Contest Brief

I am looking for a freelancer who can turn my drawing into a retro graphic with an 80s neon style. The drawing I made must be crisp and have a stroke around the graphic similar the example I included. Also the wording “nuance” id like in a font similar to Nike and the word bullies doesn’t have to be angled and handwritten. Please be creative but keep quality high. Please make sure typesetting is proper and well centred so entire design is balanced.

Style:
- The retro graphic should have an 80s neon style, with vibrant and bold colors.

Design:
- I am not sure if I prefer a minimalist design or a detailed one, so I am open to both options.

Format:
- I would like the final graphic to be delivered in JPG format.

Skills and Experience:
- The ideal freelancer for this project should have experience in creating retro graphics in an 80s neon style.
- Knowledge of color schemes and design elements commonly used in the 80s would be beneficial.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and the ability to bring the drawing to life in a digital format is required.

    #24 has the right idea for font type and look so far. The black on the dog should be dark and the white part should be lighter gradient fill. Subtle glows around entire graphic
