I need a new logo for my 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization

I am the founder of a nonprofit that helps inmates with their transition from prison. The name of my organization is called Transitioning Offenders Program (TOP). I am Native American as are my other board members. We would like a Native Design and I would be willing to discuss exactly what I'm looking for.
