Contest Brief
Digital therapeutics/ mHealth app for Diabetes/ Hypertension/ COPD/ Asthma management
UI design submissions need to demonstrate 'screenshots' with following minimum requirements:
1)Home Screen for log-in/ signup with 'Health Suite' selector - ProMeTheUS DM/- HTN/ -LD
2) User data inputs for (registration questionnaire)
a) Biometrics
b) Health history (conditions/ surgeries/ allergies/ substance use/ medications and dosages/ family history
c) Preferred provider identification (Family doctor or GP/ Pharmacy/ Lab provider)
d) Insurance and plan selector
e) Emergency contact
f) BIlling information (subscriber screen - credit card/ Paypal etc options
These are all initial user setup-type screens
Upon log-in
3) Diet and exercise screen (think MyFItnessPal style inputs)
4) Results reviewer (lab results uploaded for review) - common tests are HBA1C/ Creatinine and eGFR/ urine ACR/ total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides, non-HDL
5) Insulin manager (prepopulated from medication entry set-up screen) with entry options for dose administered and feedback popups for next recommended dose or other activity (exercise and recheck/ go to hospital if glucometer readings are out of normal range or dangerous range etc)
6) Vital signs entry (BP/ glucometer/ peak flow - also with prompts after entry for 'out of normal range' inputs (eat snack/ dextrose for low/ insulin short acting dose or for non-insulin users, exercise etc prompt)
7) User prompt screens - time to take medication reminder/ time to eat reminder/ time to enter exercise or diet reminder
8) Prescriber/ Medication screen -
a)User review and authorise (not editable) prescription pre-populated from initial setup, to send to pharmacy.
Highlighted medication dose changes/ new medications with selection option with brief explanation popup (last HBA1C and glucometer readings too high/ average BP entries too high as example).
Examples of typical diabetes medication:
Metformin 500mg BD PO
Gliclazide MR 60mg OD PO
Sitagliptin 100mg OD PO (use this as the new medication to demonstrate the 'highlight' feature)
b) Medication reviewer: Listing current medications and dosages
9) Lab referral screen - user review and authorise (not editable) with routine lab tests highlighted on sample lab form pre-populated with user demographics (HBA1C/ CBC/ chemistry and electrolytes/ cholesterols) (this would pop up for the user at a predetermined interval, so should have a 'time for your test'-look/ prompt
10) Specialist referrer screen - editable for provider selection for podiatry or optometry/ ophthalmology - similar to (9)
All editable entries drop-down menu or predictive prepopulation style.
Entries need to demonstrate key elements for the minimum 10 screen as stated above.
Winner will have 7 days to update changes to refine their entry to meet contest holder requirments.
Company logo provider for design styling.
