Contest Brief

I am looking for professional graphic design work for this existing document attached.
I would like more graphics, proper alignment and a very modern, clean design. My preference is to have women in the images.
The color codes attached are for reference only.

The final product should be a PDF version of a workbook/ ebook, but I will also be looking for this in a word document as well.
