Also the white outline on the rose is taking away from flag. Also the Stars along boarder look like its falling off. maybe if the inside of the circle was like grey or some color it will help the stars

AB, I like where you are going with the Logo. The folded flag shouldn't have red or white showing and I was thinking the flag point should be facing upward. The rose seems like it needs little work.
