I have a desktop(windows) application, which is built using .net c# and there are some issues which needs to be fixed.     Please can you provide your desktop application, with details, so that we can fix the up and input a valid entry? And after that, I can go through extensive testing and fixing those bugs. But time and money will depend upon the work.
