Contest Brief

My business is taking licensed words (and in some cases, photographs) from literature and putting them into everyday life through casual wear fashion and other products. My initial focus is tied to an iconic Black woman poet and author, shown in the attached photo. I am looking for an experienced fashion designer to create a design concept and samples of clothing for my project to help launch a brand. Initially, I need 1-3 unique items of fashion design created to demonstrate the concept. The right designer should have a portfolio demonstrating their ability in fashion design and their relatedness in some form to a Black esthetic.
