Contest Brief

Hi!
We have a new project and are looking for an exterior design rendering. ( WE ARE NOT STRUCTURALLY CHANGING ANYTHING. A SHINGLE ROOF WILL BE ADDED, BUT THE EXTERIOR WILL ONLY BE PAINTED. PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE THE EXTERIOR TO A BRICK HOUSE ETC. IT'S OK TO CHANGE THE PLANTER, BUT THE HOUSE IS STUCCO AND WE ARE NOT CHANGING IT. THE PLANTER CAN BE STUCCOOD OR WRAPPED WITH WOOD ETC)

- new shingle roof ( color options are attached)
- exterior paint color
- landscaping
- detail color for doors and the vertical slats in front of the house ( can be different colors)
- details like exterior light fixtures

We are looking for a rendering of this house, with the colors mentioned.

  I tried to comment on all the designs. We love the grey house a lot and would like to see it with a charcoal grey roof.
  Desert landscaping ( cacti etc) And remain the structure of the house the same. We are only painting, but not changing walls..
