Contest Brief

I am looking for a talented artist to create a beautiful cityscape drawing for me, with a unique twist. Here’s what I envision and what you need to know to create the perfect piece that I'll cherish:

- **Style and Theme:** The artwork should be in a pastel color style. Although the scene is a cityscape, I want it to convey a blend of realism with a touch of whimsy, where certain objects like windmills (yes, windmills in a cityscape!) have a certain focus.

- **Key Elements:** The composition should primarily focus on an imaginative cityscape, where the skyline is predominant. Importantly, I desire the incorporation of windmills into the cityscape, which are modern in design. There arent any buildings except for the foreground the character is on so although its a cityscape i guess. The unique elements like sky and especially windmills should be the focus. The main thing for me is the use of colour, with the sky having this really warm pink and the clouds sitting in front with there greys. If there was a way to throw a bit of cerulean/sky blue (whatever blue looks good) that would be awesome, i really like that contrast

- **Deliverable:** I prefer the final piece to be in a digital format, high resolution enough for printing purposes, as I plan to display this artwork in my home.

**Ideal Skills and Experience:**

- Proficiency in pastel colors and ability to blend whimsy with realism.
- Experience in drawing city/skyscape and imaginative elements.
- Capability to work digitally, with a portfolio that showcases previous work in similar styles or themes.
- Good communication skills, to understand and bring my vision to life.

I'm really excited to see how my idea of blending a cityscape with elements like sky and windmills in a pastel theme comes to fruition in your hands. Creativity and innovation are key, and I encourage you to let your imagination guide you in intertwining these elements into a cohesive and engaging artwork.

Ive attached an image, which should be used as the reference. The product should have the same layout and framing, with the building in the foreground, the windmills in the mid ground and the sunset in the background. Basically the image but improve it I guess.
