Contest Brief

HR Crowd is an HR organisation - they are about People!

We want some backgrounds for our corporate laptops - branded images for a library, but we don't just want a logo shoved over a stock photo. You must include people in the image - we'll reject entries with no people present.

We want warmth to come from the scene, and yes, the logo in the image - but make that feel like a natural part of the image. Maybe it's a logo on the coffee cups around the table, or a sign on the building in the background, or a design on the outfits of the people in the scene.

By all means, use Royalty Free stock source images, but make them feel like HR crowd is part of the life of the image. Don't use landscapes - we're not about fields and mountains - we're a people organisation, about people interactions. Make it friendly, warm, and about the people, not the trees in the background.

About the competition: We want to award the top 5 images.
1st place = $140
2nd place = $50
3rd-5th = $20 each

That's a $250 pool, for 5 entries. You're welcome to submit more entries - but each top 5 individual image will be awarded.

Technical:
- We're after Backgrounds, so 1920x1200 resolution for a laptop. Other resolutions aren't the right fit and will be rejected.
- We're happy with any format that works on a windows Laptop - JPG/PNG/BMP if you must!
- Source data is required (.ai/.psd/whatever format you use)
- PNG Logos can be downloaded from the attached files, and we'll work with the winners to use the source svg's in the final render
- Colour Palette is also provided in the attached files. They should be used as a theme guide for any features in the image.
