Hi there,
I have a website that showcases my published writing, currently short stories and poetry. All I want are images that represent each individual piece with the title incorporated.
I'd like the short stories to be in the same style, and the poetry to be in the same style, but the poetry and short story styles can differ from each other, if that makes sense. Please message me over chat with any questions.
I have other things waiting to be published, so hopefully this can be a long-standing relationship.
I've attached a picture of how the website looks at the minute -- not great right? I just want cohesion throughout the images' styles and for them to look more professional.
As for the competition, you certainly don't have to submit images for every piece I've written. If you could design one (square) image for a short story and one (square) for a poem then that should give me a good idea of what you would do with the others.
They can be hand-drawn, digitally-rendered, photographs, etc. whatever you think best. Nothing "cartoonish" or anime.
I've enclosed a couple of my writing pieces for you to choose from: please just skim-read through whichever two you choose so that the images are relevant (sounds redundant, but you wouldn't believe how many illustrators just read the title or the first paragraph and work from there).
This is a low competition fee because it is only to pick a winner and pay them for the first two images. Once I've picked a winner, I will create a project for you to complete the remaining images (cleaning up the original two where necessary, and, at this point, completing one more short story image and three additional poetry images).
