“Didn't respond to me for over 5 days after awarding contest even though he was online but ignored my messages on chat. Finally completed the work to a decent enough standard. Took a few attempts to get minor changes done due to language barrier. In the end i had to translate to get my point across. Freelancer kept asking me for the money every time he made an amendment even before i could check it to make sure it met my expectation. For this particular reason i would not use again. ”
