Hey i need a American Express Card copy design for some Art Project of mine.

I need the finished file as a Vector and PSD so i can change any writing and size for printing.
The Card needs to look exactly the same to the original "black American Express Card"

Todos:
1.Change top Writing into "AMERICA DEPRESSED"
2.Change Name to "Wladimir Putin"
3. Change the Image in the middle to wladimir putin but in the same style like the roman figure thats in at the moment
4. Change "Valid Thru" from 01/01 into 08/14
4. Change Member Since from 00 to 99

in addition i want to have 3 examples of the card... wich 3 different faces of putin and 3 different neon colours as in the uploaded neoncolours.jpg i uploaded..
the all have to be deliverd as vertor and psd file..

i worked hard, searched for the best resolution print for the card, and found, but my color combination was not good maybe.
