  Just to make sure about it before I start, can I try to design a completely different theme layout (only use your color background and font)? or just re-arrange the existing layout? Thx sir

     if you think it can be different design you can try it, but it must be not very big different. follow styling, use some same elements, for example line before title, news listing box background in white... etc...

  Please let me clarify those point
  you want a website mock up but everything in the page remain the same ?
  what type of change we have to do up there ?
  yeah we can keep the color and font the same but style ?
  actually there is a huge difference between your requirements and what you are asking for !
  there is nothing to change from your description says !!
  could you at least give us an simple idea of what we can change or edit ?
  for the idea of how you can get the best idea for users
  you can just simply split your informations into multi screen and this is the 2018 design trend
  you don't have to grab all the website content in one page
  (my opinion )
