Contest Brief

I need a logo designed for a real estate investment company. The name is "Quick Pay Homes" We buy homes from people who need to sell them and want to keep the transaction fast and simple. Typically we try to pay cash for them whenever we can.
I do not have any suggestion of how to design, but I will try to be fairly quick about scoring and commenting on the images turned in, so you can see what I am liking. I'm hoping to see a winner that is very professional looking and gives viewers a sense of trust and confidence.
I'm looking forward to seeing your good, and original design. Please no stock images or we will disqualify the entries... Thank you!

    I will have clear out some of the designs that have multiple duplicate copies... If you are submitting the same design multiple times, please don't take it personally if I delete several of them... There are so many great designs, but we will need to simplify the list a bit as the contest grows, so we can keep better track! Thanks again for the good work!
