Contest Brief

I would like to have a design made for my speaking club, Toastmasters. We have about 20 members and I plan to have about 40 t shirts made. Basic things need to be in the design, like TOASTMASTERS, STADIUM CLUB 1815, 55 YEARS. I am including an old design from 2018 as a basic example. The new t shirt should be colorful like a t shirt for a movie (the final t shirt will be black cotton). There are many ways to do this, but my secondary concerns (things I'd like to have but not required) would be a podium in the middle and a male and female character (of different ethnicity) leaning from either side... each holding a microphone and smiling. I am open to all other types of ideas..... I just want the design to be memorable in a positive fashion. I would like to have a pink paw print somewhere on the t shirt. The final product should be a .bmp file that I can submit to a company that makes t shirts.
