I need to publish online the first issue of Physics Bulletin for my Department. All picture and text box already created. i just need it to be arranged and placed nicely. Please use suitable background (Anything related to Physics, as we are from Physics Department). The final template depends on your creativity, i have no specific instruction, as long as it is suitable for academician and look nice.

Original File is in Microsoft publisher. You can provide me in publisher or adobe illustrator.
i provide also examples of other academic bulletin published elsewhere.
