We are an starting law firm and already have a logo (the one attached), but we want something formal like the one on https://www.skadden.com/, we want the logo color to be white with the green of our page (when you hover over the menus) http://www.tgdm.com/test/ we want the logo to be consistent with our page, we are open to ideas and willing to work in the future with good freelancer thanks!
