Create Scratch Map - Two "Layers/Versions" needed - one when the map is "Unscratched" - the other when the map is "Scratched"

Contest Brief

The project is simple - a scratch map like on the uploaded files. The style needs to be unique and cannot be copied. Please look at attached style for inspiration - it should look luxury/premium. But please dont just copy. Then it wont be accepted. Size should be A2 but all files need to be high res and editable. Photoshop & vector files needed.

Basically i need two files - one file to show how the map looks unscratched - this file/version needs to show less details and just overview. Preferably in a dark color.

Then the 2nd file/version shows how it will look when the map is scratched. Each continent can be a shade of a color and each country within that continent a slightly different shade. So Europe is in Green shade - Germany is light green, france is very light green etc.

I only need the Country and the Capital marked on each country in text. Then i need a box/circle next to each capital in europe - this box/circle will have text inside it once scratched and also make the box green in color. So example. for Germany you have the label "Germany" then you have "Berlin" then next to "Berlin" you have this seperate box/circle in red. It can be placed in the ocean with a line connecting it to the capital if space needed. The box will need to be with a placeholder inside for now (just use "Placeholder").

The map needs to not be copyrighted and full rights must be provided. You are welcome to use free vector maps provided online and then do your own spin on these. For instance this one: https://freevectormaps.com/world-maps/WRLD-EPS-02-0008
