Hi, My name is Suhani Vaidya. I am a passionate, free-spirited, employee turned rookie entrepreneur, Bullying recovery advocate (Mentor, Coach, Speaker) looking for a passionate individual who can convert my mission of helping people recover from their bullying trauma to live a soulful life into my brand voice.

Here's my bio
An expert in bullying recovery, Suhani helps ambitious professionals find their voice and live a soulful life. Suhani is fondly known as the empowering lioness, teaching professionals how to navigate the top mental health challenges they face today in the workplace. With a Masters in Business Administration, a Bachelors's in computer science, and over ten years of experience working in the corporate space. She excelled in problem-solving complex issues and recognizing patterns. Suhani effectively uses these skills to transform her clients to disrupt their thinking & behavior that is holding them back to live their full potential.

Author of " The bully within me" - in tales of change, a transformational coach & an intuitive mentor, Suhani unleashes her clients to embrace their unique gifts and claim their power, just like the fine cuisine, with a pinch of kindness, a sprinkle of compassion, and a flavourful of strength.

An overcomer with her inner struggle after experiencing bullying in the workplace, she is now on a mission to help individuals, teams, in organizations move away from feeling powerless to be empowered. As mentioned before, her love of cooking comes from her rich Indian heritage; she and her husband Chinmay have a gorgeous daughter Aarya turning six next year. And as the lioness of the family, watch out if you are in her way!
