Contest Brief

Hello freelancers,

The goal of this contest is to create a unique design / artwork for a monthly planner that we have created. The planner itself will be professionally printed on a thick paper/cardboard type of material.

The planner will be used by several groups of people:
- Bankers
- Business people
- Real estate agents
- Ladies
- American football fans
- French People
- Pro republicans (USA)
- Pro democrats (USA)
- Patriotic people (USA)

The idea is to have something that looks good, and that people can use to write stuff on like birthdays, closing dates, important events, period schedules, game dates, end of cycles, etc. This means, most of the days/cells should be rather clear to allow people to write on. This being said, something light in the background is not forbidden.

The design has to be completely original. Please do not copy anything from other designers, websites, or any other picture you may find online.

You can change all the colors, line thicknesses, font, etc. BUT you can not change:
- the letters
- the numbers
- the month on top
- the week numbers
- the content of the days
- which days are highlighted (feel free to change the color) but a day that is highlighted must stay obvious as they represent either a Sunday or a Holiday.

For this contest, I intend to award several projects, and I will award as many as there are groups cited above (9 total).

I provided you with the original .ai files for your to work on. The winner of the contest should deliver the original vector and PNG files. The image should be higher resolution for printing on a man size poster.

- Hateful, illegal, or violates any intellectual property rights.
- Discriminatory against people based on personal attributes such as race, ethnicity, color, national origin, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, family status, disability, medical or genetic condition.
- Containing adult content (includes nudity, depictions of people in explicit or suggestive positions, or activities that are overly suggestive or sexually provocative).
