Create an animated banner

Contest Brief

We are currently building a new web site for www.impresspm.com.au and the client wants their waves graphic animated on the home page. I have the static graphics which you can access to help with the final product. The finished animation needs to be on a white(or transparent) background and should be able to loop so the actual run time would only need to be around 5 to 10 seconds. The waves need to appear to be moving (like rolling waves) and changing from blue to green (and back again). Finished size should be 2048 pixels wide and no higher than 500 pixels and as the playback will loop this will appear to run continuous - so it needs to be a smooth transition at the start and at the end. We would prefer a .mp4 file for it to run on a Wordpress platform.

HINT: The wave needs to appear to squiggle/rotate/roll in much the same manner as the example shown in this YouTube video: https://youtu.be/67kNZLTIJnQ
