See the attache teddy bear and draw your variation. i would like a black circle on the right foot of the bear and i would like a red heart on the left foot of the bear. please make sure there is room for the hand i will place my company logo on there when i choose a winner. the bear should have one tattoo and it should say NOIR on the arm and this needs to be a vector file. Please take a look at the picture that I attached. Be creative and good luck.
