I need to create a tool that i could insert html source code into textarea with Hebrew text
the tool need to reverse only hebrew texts and keep all html the same

for example if i will insert this to the textarea:
<a href="javascript:void(0);">הריד ושפח</a>

i need this to be the output
<a href="javascript:void(0);">חפשו דירה</a>
