*** Contest winner should be able to produce 100's avatars in the future so automation is important ***

Create an avatar that looks like Barak Obama, and also looks like a Bear with its raised paws. Face should really look like Barak Obama, but a cartoonish version, and with bear ears and Obama "big-smile". The body (chest up only) can be 100% bear.

- Art style & quality of the face, head and body (chest up only) needs to be similar to the art style & quality of the attached forest picture. Note: The attached "Bear Avatar" picture is a low-quality draft that does not look like Obama, and that would need much better realistic detailed eyes, hair, teeth, etc. But this picture gives some idea of my preferences: wide-open eyes, raised paws, but should have shown Barak Obama with a big-smile, but with bear ears on top and maybe a bear nose (if blended well);

- The Obama Bear should show strength, and also Obama traits/personality;

- The Obama Bear will cover/replace the 3 words (Amazon Forest Room) in the center of this Forest picture (attached), hence the Obama Bear should have the same quality art style as the Forest, and blend well with the Forest;

- I believe that the best way to blend well with the background, and achieve the results that I'm expecting is by properly vectorizing an Obama Photo, importing into Adobe Illustrator, find & use a proper vectorized Bear (that would blend well with the Forest background), properly insert the vectorized Obama face, and finally modify/tweak anywhere that is needed to harmonize and to blend well (the face and the body) to the Forest background. But anyone can do in different ways so long the final result is good.

- Adobe Illustrator (.ai) would be the preferred format to be delivered, but other formats (such as Photoshop) may be just fine too. Files (with transparent background, and also with the Forest background) should be delivered ideally in less than 3 days. I may select the winner before the 3 days deadline.

Note1: Take your time to provide significant improvements on your Obama Bear versions/releases, because I will not keep writing a lot of feedback to versions/releases that do not addresses all requirements that is written here or all feedback that I may provide to potential winners.

Note2: The translation of "Avatar" and "Creating an Avatar" may look really weird sometimes. Here in the USA, Cartoonish Avatar typically means a non-real fun picture representing someone on a Facebook profile, in video game rooms, etc. I don't mean any disrespect to Mr. Barak Obama (or Bears), and I'm sure Obama will not be offended by this Avatar.

My goal is also to provide quick and helpful feedback to the main contenders, and the winner that will be given a 5-star and a great review once she/he wins this Contest.

Contest ends in about 1 hour, but great result was not reached yet so I'm considering to extend deadline... Let me know if you need more time to submit a great entry.
Try your best to automate the face generation (from a given real photo) in such a way that a project request for 1,000 same-bear avatars (with high-quality different faces) could be quickly/easily generated.

The Obama Bear (chest up only, raised paws, etc) art style should be similar "detailed" "rich" art style of the "Forest" attached pic. The Obama Bear will replace the 3 words (Amazon Forest Room) in the center of this "Forest" attached pic, hence it should have the same art style to blend well with the “Forest” art style;

Other suggestions:
- Face should be Barak Obama with his big smile, but with these bear features: bear ears, and maybe bear nose;
- Best if facing ~30 degrees (to the right), not straight (0 degrees);
- Add the Forest Background;
