Think of a logo displayed on a white pickup truck. Clean professional, easy to read from far away.

Maybe have some basic excavator bucket or excavator in the logo, but not in super detailed to where it distracts from the name. Or maybe an uppercase R that looks cool as the Icon above the company name.
