Contest Brief

I am looking for a programmer to help me with automating the process of filling in text fields in editable PDF forms.

the text fields are stored in a word document as attached.

the finished pdf has been provided on the attachment.

the pdf is protected for editing, but allowed for entering the fields manually.

Purpose:
build a program (e.g. Phyton, your choice of program) to automatically prefill the answers (including ticks) as per prefilled pdf attached. You will find the answers from the source word document attached. Any answers not shown on the word document will be written as the one in prefilled pdf.
THIS IS NOT A MANUAL JOB

Skills and Experience required:
