Contest Brief

Title: Le strade di Giac ( the ways of Giac). The story is about a far future (1000/2000 years) and there is the world with a very hard society, full of control with webcam, no freedom for people and a very little presence of nature, every substance like alcool or drug is strictly forbidden. In this society there is Giac, a little child of 11 years that live with is father. Giac sometimes use to smoke weed (I know It's hard but I believe in God and in nature and weed is nature:) and one evening he met the guardian of the wood near his house. Giac start to take a trip with this guardian that brings the two to the edge of the world and the all story is about the guardian that teach Giac about the real sense of life and there is also the fact that the guardian is in contact with God (The Great Master) and the deaths (like Giac's mom).
All the story is a mix of dream and reality, the two are in a realistic dream and the guardian take Giac on several planets to meet others guardians who teaches Giac about life's sense (that The Great Master create for).
The cover will be a contrast between reality and dream. In the end we don't understand if all of this happens for real or was only a Giac's dream, but all the story is a hope-giving for Giac and all umanity.
So this is approximately the story and I'm looking for the initial image of the book, sorry for my english but I'm italian I hope I explained myself well.

Titolo: Le strade di Giac. La storia si svolge in un futuro lontano (1000/2000 anni) e c'è il mondo invaso da una dura società, piena di controllo, telecamere ovunque, senza libertà per la gente e anche la natura ormai e diventata rara da vedere, tutte le sostanze come alcool e droghe sono severamente vietate. In questa società troviamo Giac, ragazzino di 11 anni che vive con suo papà. Giac ogni tanto ha 'abitudine di fumarsi le canne (so che è difficile da vedere ma parliamo di una realtà fantascientifica) e una sera incontra il guardiano del bosco vicino a casa. Giac inizia a farsi un lungo viaggio con il guardiano che lo porterà ai confini dell'universo e gli aprirà la mente verso la conoscenza della vita e su perchè Dio ci ha creato (tutto questo attraverso l'insegnamento del guardiano, che è in un quache modo in contatto con Dio e con i morti (che li accompagna verso la prossima vita).
tutta la storia è un mix tra realtà e sogno, tutto si svolge in un realistico sogno in cui Giac è protagonista, i due attraverseranno diversi pianeti e alla fine sarà Giac a decidere di cosa farne di questa conoscenza.

titolo non so ancora se sarà: Le strade di Giac o il Viaggio di Giac, l'autore volevo chiamarlo Uno Qualunque, ma appunto è tutto ancora da vedere e da scrivere

the guardian is a mix between human and creature eheh In the book i describe it like an old tall man but he is also magic but maybe all of this i a dream so why in the cover I will see only Giac that is making all of this trip
