Also, in this design, the blue, red, and paper backgrounds are just small images repeated. This will have a positive effect on page load time as opposed to full image backgrounds. :)

Re-organized the menu bar so that when an item is clicked, the page scrolls down to the appropriate section. This way, visitors will not have to leave and load a new page to learn something about Big Texan.
