Contest Brief

We are looking for up to 3 winning ideas for a redesign of the front page of our website. http://www.teachinfe.com

The page should contain most of the elements that already exist including:
3 Content boxes (currently Careers Hub, Job search and register now. Should become Careers Hub, Spotlight and News)
Job Searching box
Featured Jobs

The image should remain the same as should the Logo and Colour scheme.

We would like the site to be a bit more modern in style, and reflect the site being more of a Careers Hub for the sector rather than just being about jobs. More of the content above the fold.

Elements to consider. (Ideas but not critical)
Social media buttons and a login - on the top right hand side.
Maybe lose the top navigation tabs.
Featured Jobs become scrolling on the right hand side.
