I am looking for someone to turn the attached photo into a 3 color vector graphic with the words "November is Coming" The design will be used by a screen printer so it needs to be a clean vector. I found a cool cartoonized version of the Night King that would be cool to replicate with his arms out. The image will go on a black shirt.

I have the ability to trace using illustrator. That is not what I want. I want it to look kind of like the Walker Ale picture.
