  Immune System Class
  Come and learn the things you need to do keep your body strong and healthy and able to fight against all viruses and disease. Our certified personal trainers will be hosting this class for a one night event. They will be going over topics such as Nutrition, Sleep, Water intake, Exercise and how they directly impact the immune system. Members bring a friend and get in free. Be ready learn the best defenses to fight sickness and come ready to move.
  * Social distancing will be practiced, bring a mask.

  I like this however can you just add that it is a one night class teaching you how to keep your immune system healthy and strong through exercise, diet, sleep. sign up at the font desk
