Design a Website Mockup for (3) Order Pages

Contest Brief

This is for 3 basic designs. Very simple.

The dev website is avdevsite.info
The pages that I need design for are part of this URL:
http://avdevsite.info/order-your-voice-production/

Click on "Music on Hold".
Designs needed are for the following STEPS:
Step 2 - Select Voice
Step 2 - Select Music

Now click on "Start over" in the right-side box.

Click on "Telephone".
Designs needed are for the following STEPS:
Step 3* - Number of messages (enter 3)
Step 3* - Enter messages
Step 4* - Review Order.
*The above steps should be basically the same design. (i.e., The design should work for all three pages)

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Keep it simple (Do not change the basic layout)
- Ultimately, no graphics must be used on these pages.
- Must be implemented only by css changes
- Do not change the orange buttons
- Do not stray too far for the current colors.
- Design everything between the header and the footer.(This means make nicer breadcrumbs)

Hello, We've checked your site. It may be done with css only, but sometimes touching the html is necessary, if you really want a good result. In your case, we would modify the html just a little bit. It wouldn't hurt your layout or functionality.
