Contest Brief
Hi,
I require a banner designed. The design guild lines are as per the artwork specifications attached. But the actual dimensions are 1500mm height x 850mm width. I have a few attachments which may be used as a guide of the look and feel
I require this for my company FIS. Below is what must be incuded
• Logo, but not too big (attached)
• Text ‘House and Land Packages Starting Under $400,000’
• Also want the ‘4 Year Rent Guarantee’ included
• Blue, white and black colour scheme

Things that would be good provided not too cluttered
• If room include the phrase and 4 icons “We help minimise the risk’ which is on the attachment ‘flyer design …..’ can use it as a guide.
