Contest Brief

It is a business for sale flyer/document. 5 pages long. final 3 pages are disclaimers that just need to be formatted.

I plan to reuse for all new business listings. This is the document a buyer gets after they have signed a non disclosure agreement and I can now disclose the seller and who the business is.

I want a unique classy redesign. Businesses could be worth 10 million dollars. Need it nice and simple.
Page 1- Needs to allow me a place to insert a new picture, the specs such as sales price, cash flow, inventory, etc. and write in the business summary.

I don't love the one that is attached. I like the simplicity and what is in the document but want a nice new design.

2nd page just has template design that will allow me to enter in miscellaneous information.I will duplicate page 2 as need for any additional information my future projects require.

Page 3-5 will need to include the pages from the attached PDF's called Final Pages of template disclaimer.pdf (This just needs to be formatted to the rest of the design. This is the legal protection information.

I will also attach logos.
