Redesign the attached file in vector format - EPS or AI

Need to 2 versions
Version 1 - Exact Replica
Version 2 - Take off the hand. but cards will be there (make sure the complete cards are designed) and 2nd change in oval shape, replace the shirt with HAT word

Candicate who can complete this job in 30 mins will awarded with additional 50% incentive.
