Contest Brief
I need a website homepage designed for a responsive WordPress theme that looks good and functions well on a variety of mobile devices. The website home page is mainly informational and will scroll down. The purpose of the site is to promote our professional video service to real estate agents. The homepage header needs to use a city skyline picture that will be changed when promoting our service in a different city.
There will be four videos utilized on the home page. The videos are of a “website spokesperson” who has a transparent background. These videos will not auto-play so there needs to be a transparent “play” button over the image of the spokesperson.
This page will utilize image comparisons of a sample site that uses video with one that doesn’t. These images will be created to look identical to the ones that specific companies use. Companies like Coldwell Banker, RE/MAX, Keller Williams Realty
I have included a sample file which has not been created by a professional, but will hopefully help communicate the project. I really need the design to be outstanding and utilize attention getting images.

I want to explain in more detail what I'm looking for. On my site I want to use a sample of a real estate agent's webpage compared with one with a website spokesperson. None of the mockups have included this. I've uploaded a file "Agent Roost website idea with phrases." Slides 2,3,4,5 have the examples that I want to use. The phrases above them need to be integrated nicely into the graphic.
