Contest Brief

Please design a logo for a property estate - the new estate is called Flinders Rise Estate. We need a simple but clear logo we can put on our marketing material and site plan for this estate. It is a very small simple land subdivision of 10 blocks of land we are creating, that we will be building homes on in Queensland, Australia.

The address of the estate is 93-107 Reif Street, Flinders View, Qld. I want two slight variations of the logo, one just stating the name of the estate and the other with the address below it for marketing.

I don't want any cheesy logos with houses on it etc, but something that is upper class, and representative of a quality land estate in a quality area.

The best logo entry will be guaranteed to be awarded the prize.
