When one first contacts UGI, they speak to a friendly customer representative; they are then referred to a consultant who tailors the customer’s needs and comes up with a detailed plan for their specific project. The project plan is then directed to the power team consisting of programmer, editor, and or designer, who work as a team to execute and complete the customer’s demands. Every week, a detailed update is e-mailed to the customer, until the completion of the project. If the project is less than a week, then every two days an update is sent. We provide not only fast, but accurate results every time. If by any way the customer is dissatisfied, we have a 100% repair or refund policy. We can always redo your project at no cost or refund your money.
