I'm a Performance Engineer with 15 years of experience in Performance Testing & Engineering. I'm mainly responsible for performance testing, results & metrics analysis, bottleneck identification, providing insights & recommendations, to improve performance of the systems under test. I do this by combining a wide range of experience & methodologies including over 15 years in IT, performance testing of applications in Banking & Financial Services, Insurance and Retail domains, analysis of various performance related aspects in multiple dimensions with a practical 'can do' attitude. I focus on effective procedures to automate various processes, such as NFRs gathering, workload modelling, results & metrics collection and analysis. I apply these concepts to deliver quality artefacts in an efficient & solution oriented manner. I have comprehensive knowledge of performance test tools such as LoadRunner, Visual Studio (WildStrait PI), Jmeter & Neoload. I have completed performance test challenges on MyLoadTest & FloodIO websites, using 11 tools including IBM RPT, Silk Performer, Gatling, Selenium WebDriver, WebLOAD, LoadUI & Ruby-Jmeter. I have an appetite for continuous learning & development. I'm flexible to work on new technologies by being a quick learner. I have good coding, programming & scripting skills. I have also been involved in capacity planning & setting up a production environment. Combining my skills & experiences, I'm always proactive for any kind of challenge, from NFRs analysis to root cause analysis, from coding simple to robust programs, from risk identification to capacity planning, and delivering value to clients.
